Staten Island Real Estate
I'm looking to evaluate real estate and have a direct connection other than the boat from Manhattan to Staten Island help. Essentially – At least since the 1920s there has been talk about connecting Staten Island train with the subway system of New York through a new tunnel under the Strait. The R line would have been the point of connection. Preliminary digging took place even before the Second World War, but was quickly abandoned. The proposal comes back from time to time, but because of the enormous expense, it is unlikely to be built in our lifetime.
Stunning 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with separate entrance SEMI IN BASEMENT. Exquisite design shows in mostly all detail. CUSTOM tiles, beautiful hardwood, oak and wrought iron railings, trim HD prewire FLATSCREEN AND PREVIOUS SYSTEM surroundsound gas fireplace and mantle as TRIM, hi hats, large kitchen with island time left for you to choose granite and cabinets. MASTER BEDROOM WITH PRIVATE BATH PROVIDING. Built by one of the best builders in Staten Island. PROJECTIONS: LISA Imbasciani 917-250-5615

There was even a proposal in the late '30s linking Staten Island and Brooklyn in metro.El IND, which was the underground city-owned and operated, we propose a connection from the Brooklyn-Culver line (today known as the line "F") to Staten Island through the new tunnel to be named "Ft Hamilton-Brooklyn-Staten Island Line." This was going to be part of an underground expansion proposal was made during the Great Depression, known as the "second system." However, as the Post, World War II delayed the project and never passed the line drawing bordo.Si built today, the MTA will have to go through the environmental studies and other obstacle for the construction line, and the willingness to take a lot of time an money. Something that the MTA does not have at the time. So, for now, the Staten Island Ferry is the only way forward. Buena suerteNative New Yorker
